Discover Scuba Diving experiences take consists of a 45minute theory session and aprox one and half hour pool session & a Dive at a local Dive Site
No equipment necessary – everything’s provided except you supply the smiles
What do you get?
30 minute class room presenatation. 1.45 Hour pool session were we cover the basic skills needed to take you into an open water enviroment followed by some fun.
1 full day at an approved UK dive site, were you will get 2 x Discover dives of aprox 30-45 minutes per dive. Between dives you will have time to relax and get something to eat. Capernwray has a great BBQ!
What will you see?
Capernwray:- We'll feed the Trout - Rainbow, Brown and Tiger Trout. This is always fun but if you're a little nervous of the fish just hang back and watch your instructor vanish in a ball of feeding frenzy trout, those more adventurous have a cuddle with the larger trout as they're quite happy to be handled. Riding Shirgar the underwater horse is always a must!. We'll see a couple of Wrecks, Thunderbird 4 and with luck some of the very large Sturgeon that inhabit Capernwray.
Course price
£120.00 including certificate plus dive site entry fee. The pool session can in some circumstances be credited towards your open water course. If you like what you've done and want to take the course further we'll give you £10.00 off the Open Water Course.
